d) Building height, maximum value: 11 m;
e) Façade height, maximum value: 7m;
f) Side and rear yard setbacks, minimum: 3m
g) Distance from the axis of the road, minimum: 6 m.
3. For residential, local commerce and service uses, the construction setback from the axis of the access structure on municipal paths or roads will be, whenever possible, 6m from the axis of the access, of which 3m are for the carriageway.
4. In local commerce uses, facilities for craft activities or spaces for valorization of local products, the Maximum Soil Impermeability Index may be increased by 10%, only if necessary to comply with the provisions of Annex III of this Regulation.
